Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept return requests on a case-by-case basis, ensuring fairness to both the buyer and our business.

  • Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return request.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition to be eligible for return.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.

  • The refund amount will be based on mutual discussion and may be issued as store credit, exchange, or a full/partial refund depending on the circumstances.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
